We founded StratifyBI to solve a specific problem: too many B2B companies have data but lack the systems, strategy, and execution discipline to turn it into profit.

We combine strategic consulting with data analytics and hands-on implementation — finding the hidden profit in your business and building the systems that let you capture it.

Why we built this.

The problem with most consulting firms is they give you a strategy and leave. The problem with most data agencies is they build you a dashboard and disappear. Neither actually moves the needle on profitability.

We built StratifyBI to sit at the intersection: strategic thinking backed by real data, implemented with the rigor of people who actually care about your EBITDA.

Our team spans strategy, operations, data science, and business intelligence. We've seen what works and what doesn't. And we've built an approach — the three-phase Diagnostic, Optimization, Expansion model — that gives companies a clear path from where they are to where they want to be.

We work remotely, we work with ambitious companies across industries, and we only take engagements where we're confident we can find meaningful upside.
