About StratifyBI

Strategy.
Data.
Results.

We founded StratifyBI to solve a specific problem: manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies are sitting on significant recoverable profit — but lack the data systems and analytical discipline to find and capture it.

We combine strategic consulting with data analytics and hands-on implementation — finding the hidden profit in your business and building the systems that let you capture it.

Why we built this.

The problem with most supply chain consultants is they give you recommendations and leave. The problem with most BI agencies is they build dashboards nobody knows how to interpret. Neither actually recovers the profit sitting in your operations.

We built StratifyBI to bridge that gap: deep supply chain and operations expertise, combined with modern data analytics and business intelligence, applied to the specific problems manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies face every day.

Our approach combines Six Sigma and Lean process methodology with end-to-end BI — so we don't just show you where the inefficiency is, we build the system that tracks it, measures it, and helps you eliminate it. The three-phase Diagnostic, Optimize, Scale model gives operations a clear path from gut-feel decisions to data-driven performance.

We work remotely, we work with ambitious operators, and we only take engagements where we're confident we can find meaningful upside. That's why every engagement starts with a Diagnostic — so both sides know exactly what the opportunity looks like before committing to anything further.

How We Think
Our core principles.
01
Data validates, not decorates
We don't use analytics to make recommendations look smarter. Data is our primary diagnostic tool — it tells us where the real problems and opportunities actually are, not where we assume them to be.
02
Optimize before you scale
Scaling a broken operation amplifies its problems. We refuse to advise growth strategies on top of unfixed foundations. The Optimization phase isn't optional — it's the foundation everything else is built on.
03
We implement, not just advise
Recommendations without execution are expensive entertainment. We build the actual dashboards, KPI systems, and operational reports — not handing over a slide deck and disappearing.
04
We only win when you win
We structure every engagement so our success is tied to yours. That alignment shapes how we prioritize, what we focus on, and how honest we are about what's working — and what isn't.

Ideal Client
Who we work with.

We work with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and logistics companies — typically $5M to $200M in revenue. The common thread: operationally complex businesses making decisions without reliable data.

The right fit
  • Inventory is managed by gut feel, not dataExcess stock, stockouts, and poor demand visibility are tying up cash and hurting service levels.
  • Operational costs are growing but hard to explainMargins are under pressure and nobody can point to exactly where the leakage is happening.
  • No single source of truth for operationsData exists across ERP, WMS, and spreadsheets — but there's no unified view and decisions are made without confidence.
  • No dedicated analytics functionThe business has grown to a level where data-driven decisions matter — but hiring a full-time analyst isn't justified yet.
